I’ve never used a headband before but after my first lap my eyes were stinging and sore so I thought I would try one. My Boco running cap has a pretty thick sweat band built into it, so im not sure how the two would interact.

This makes it great for those temperamental weather days when the ride starts out cold but warms up - or the other way round.
