I am a fan of anything that promotes positivity and this defnitely has some good points and viable tactics, but nothing particularly original and so much of the book felt like a commercial for the author's app and other books. And while many people believe that habits form over 21 days, it actually takes a lot longer than that. I'm also dyslexic and understanding how the brain works has really helped me with my own journey to coping with this disability.
