If you have a place local to you that sells a large variety of film off the shelf, they probably should have this. In that sense, I guess it’s little different to Kodak’s Gold 200 or Colorplus 200 or Ultramax 400, or any of the Ilford consumer grade monochrome films either. It used to be available in both 24 and 36 exposure rolls, although the former was discontinued a few years ago. Now under artificial light this is amplified, so you can expect a strong warm color cast (if not using a color filter to change the white balance of course): Leica M6 | MS-Optics 35mm 1. Of course I fear that it will not be that good, compared to modern ~16mm lenses … but it’s such an interesting lens that I would like to learn more about it.

During the film era it was a fierce competition between Kodak and Fujifilm, but these days the situation is a bit different it seems… Leica M6 | MS-Optics 50mm 1. It’s not like a JCH Street Pan 400, or a CineStill 800T, or a Kodak Ektachrome E100; all of which genuinely are special in their own ways, and are often used to shoot their own specialised kind of photography. This film is a medium speed daylight-balanced color negative film offering a vivid color palette with accurate skin tones and color reproduction in a variety of lighting conditions. The only downside is that it is only 200 speed, so your options will get more limited in lower lighting conditions. But, in my opinion, it’s a pretty good budget film for when you’re just out there preserving memories.

I’m not saying it isn’t average, but I don’t think dismissing as such is the best way to think about it. Whether you're shooting natural-looking portraits or simply indulging in the joy of analog photography, the Fujifilm Fujicolor 200 EC 135-36 Film is an excellent choice. When you want a fine-grained and natural-looking result under mixed daylight conditions, C200 is the ideal choice. further refined sharpness" that will deliver "the kind of image quality and clarity you expect from ISO100 films".

When it came to shooting the comparison between Fuji 200 and Gold 200, I decided to switch the workflow a little bit.

As I talked about in those other reviews, Kodak films tend to have a brighter, more yellow hue to them, with Fuji films being cooler and more subdued. Images in bright daylight or with flash are crisp and colorful, but this emulsion’s mucky green cast is no good for cloudy or shadowy conditions, unless mucky green is what you’re after. My name is Bastian and I am your expert here when it comes to ultra wide angle lenses, super fast portrait lenses (ranging from a 50mm f/0. It dates back to around 1990, although it was updated in 2017 with Fuji’s super fine grain technology.

They mention that it produces lovely colors, has a great contrast range, and a good grain structure. Since 1976, we have developed literally millions of rolls of film with experienced lab professionals and film enthusiasts. The Fujifilm Fujicolor 200 EC 135-36 Film is a versatile and easy to work with film that excels in a wide range of shooting conditions. This is not a contrasty film, and the colours seem muted, cool, giving a calm effect to ordinary scenes. Designed for flexibility and ease of use, Fujifilm 200 35mm colour film works equally well outdoors in daylight or indoors with flash. Most of that feedback was constructive and helpful, so I thank all of you who sent me comments about that comparison.
