About this deal

Using Indian inks and acrylics she produces vibrant and arresting work in a distinctive, captivating and unique style. Thought this one was slight compared with the best in the series but I love the character development and how the lives of the key players move on. Iraq, Iran, Egypt, all had huge, hundred’s of years old thriving Jewish communities in which it’s Jewish citizens have been murdered, persecuted, expelled and decimated by Islam’s “religion of peace”. He believes that the way a person holds their body can say more about their feelings and intentions, than words. Despite this, his move to London was not financially successful until he gained the patronage of William Taylor Copeland, head of the Spode Porcelain factory in Stoke-on-Trent.

She was hopelessly naive and easily manipulated - even before being "trapped" - despite being this tough, principled human rights campaigner. I would like to thank Tyndale House Publishers for the opportunity to read a complimentary copy of Breaking Cover in exchange for an honest review. As intriguing as their ten-year careers were, it was interesting to see how they transitioned out of the CIA into regular life. They’re an integral part of any reader’s experience, and today, I want to celebrate the art that stuck with me this year. This book grabbed my attention from the get go, with the author's adventure rooting out potential trouble in the refugee camps.

Recruiters seek out potential agents who can keep a secret yet pull classified information out of others; who love their country but are willing to leave it behind for dangerous places; who live double lives, but can be trusted with some of the nation's most highly sensitive tasks. Michele emphasizes that her ability to tune into others feelings and pay attention to detail is largely what drew her into the CIA (along with having a large knowledge of the Middle East and their languages). Please note that paper copies are framed in antique gold and canvas prints are framed in white as standard. I’ve since purchased two physical copies as holiday presents (not just for the cover, but it sure helps).

While I was captured by the stories from her CIA days, I love that Assad doesn't end the book there, but instead lets her readers here the rest of the story. Once more we have two guest contributions from her stoical ever-supportive partner, who provides a highly individual, heavily biased view from the beating line, especially where terriers are concerned. This unique copy has been conservation mounted to include a Luftwaffe Breast Eagle, and we're sure it won't be around for long. Born in Surrey, John Frederick Herring senior was the son of an upholsterer and fringe-maker for coaches. Hansen will soon become a figure in Jasminder’s life, and we will wonder if their meeting wasn’t just a bit less coincidental than it appeared. The figure’s stance captures both a sense of awe and determination – fitting for the end to a long and exciting trilogy.

Disappointed in this one as two obviously intelligent women are totally duped by the men in their lives. I had very high hopes going into this book, as I thought the whole espionage theme would be right up my alley. Would it really hurt to have an English translation for those of us, non-European dwelling readers who have no clue what has been said, or what is being eaten? In Breaking Cover, Michele has at last been cleared to drop cover and tell her story: one of incredible struggle; of thwarted plans and expectations; and most of all, of discovering a faith greater than all her fears. This book presents a memoir of the author's experiences as a CIA operative and later as a humanitarian helping Christians escape the horrors of ISIS in northern Iraq.
