Overall I don't think that either CW and TL Dragstrip are inherently better or worse than the other; both have their own strengths and weaknesses, and both are bringing something different to the table. CW Dragstrip does transform into either Menasor's arm or leg, whereas TL Dragstrip transforms into kibble for Menasor's arm.
