It really opened my eyes to what I had been found a lot and after reading it I found myself questioning the ‘why’s’.Over the years I learned a lot and had the privilege of having some amazing mentors, however something with the language used in the personal development/spirituality scene didn’t quite sit with me, so I decided to spice it up and add my own flavor to it. I'm flipping monkeys constantly at the moment and I'm telling you straight once you start you will get it and the difference it makes.
