About this deal

I'd switch to the lightweight for the rest of the job - you're gonna prime and sand over it anyway, as I understand your post. So I added some water and mixed it well with a drill mixer and it's not looking much better after another application. Then this time I read the spackle container and it made me think there was no need to spray so much primer. To patch holes that have gone all the way through drywall or plaster, like one made by a doorknob, use Wall Repair Patch Kit with DAP DryDex Spackling.

These qualities make hybrid spackling perfect for any repair— small or large—and allows you to complete even large repairs in record time. ELINCS is the European List of Notified Chemical Substances that was available after September 18, 1981 and its ELINCS numbers are displayed as 4xx-xxx-x. Either use the dry-time indicator (the spackling turns white when it’s dry) or let it dry overnight before applying a wider second coat, extending 8–12 inches beyond the patch.First AidEye Contact: In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. The GHS is an acronym for The Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals.

I put two coats of a black rustoleum brand primer on it, and am on my third coat of acrylinamel Miller paint and it's still bleeding through. DAP Fast N Final Lightweight Spackling is a one-step, lightweight spackling product for repairing walls, ceilings, and woodwork in one fill. Precautionary Codes and their associated descriptions are an essential part of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS). Because it has a longer dry time, heavyweight spackling shrinks slightly, making it ideal to overfill your repair a bit and sand smooth when dry.It has lower heat resistance, shear resistance, and sometimes UV resistance than an acrylic adhesive. Overall, I cant imagine it making much difference in total weight just becuase it is just being used to fill the weave. It won't shrink, sag or crack after being applied, and because it's so lightweight, it requires no sanding. Can someone either reccomend a similar product in the UK and where I can purchase it or whether someone in the US would be prepared to post some over expenses paid of course.
