A swarm of green insects who invade Rabbit's garden in several episodes of The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh and try to eat his vegetables. They resemble caterpillars, but are much shorter and have only six limbs. The leader wears an old-fashioned bicorne and acts like an army general. They are the main antagonists in Winnie the Pooh and Christmas Too. Rabbit's family appears alongside Rabbit in the books. Many relatives appear in The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh episode "Party Poohper" and he occasionally mentions them at other times in the Disney adaptations. Rabbit's friends and relations were also planned to be side characters in Winnie the Pooh, but they were scrapped from the final film.

In terms of likeness, Roo is seen in a number of Winnie the Pooh-related merchandise, as well as The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh attraction in Disneyland, Magic Kingdom, Hong Kong Disneyland, and Shanghai Disneyland. Cummings (the voice of Pooh and Tigger) recalls that "John Fielder [the voice of Piglet] got top-billing this time, which was nice because he was ill at the time. This was his last role as Piglet, and he finally had his time in the spotlight. Everyone on the film was very excited for him. He was such a sweet man. He wasn't doing a funny character voice -- he really sounded like Piglet." "Pooh's Heffalump Movie"Pooh's Grand Adventure: The Search for Christopher Robin: " Forever & Ever" • " Adventure is a Wonderful Thing" • " If It Says So" • " Wherever You Are" • " Everything is Right" Roo is a secondary character in the animated series. He features prominently in the episodes "The Old Switcheroo" and "The Bug Stops Here". In "The Old Switcheroo", Roo is trying to avoid a bath, so Tigger switches him with Piglet. However, Kanga believes that Roo is merely acting like Piglet. In "The Bug Stops Here", Roo, along with Owl's young Cousin Dexter, is being babysat by Pooh. Pooh takes the pair to see Christopher Robin, who shows them his science project, a bug. When the bug disappears, Roo must help Pooh and Dexter find a new bug.

She learns later that night that it was a Heffalump and calms Roo's anger after he was denied a position in the Heffalump expedition. Later on, Kanga searches for Roo and finds him with Lumpy. Rabbit, Tigger, Pooh, and Piglet are immediately terrified of Lumpy, but Kanga is confused. She later sees Roo free Lumpy from a trap, learning that he is Roo's friend. She is touched by this, but when the others find and capture Lumpy, Kanga tells everyone (Rabbit especially) to stop and let Roo explain himself. She is touched by Roo's words. Kanga is last seen with Roo and their friends enjoying time with their new Heffalump friends. That short would be followed by more shorts, then films. and, finally, TV shows. Kanga appears three times in the Hundred Acre Wood storyline, the first being at her house along with Roo and Tigger. She gives Pooh some medicine in hopes of him regaining his former self. Her second appearance is at the Spooky Cave helping Sora search for Pooh. Who else is excited about the new Christopher Robin movie to arrive in theaters? ME!! Winnie the Pooh is a much loved character and watching the trailer at the Disney Social Media Moms celebration made me remember how as we grow into adults… we lose a little bit of the magic, the imagination and the playfulness. The Christopher Robin speaks to the inner child in me and I just can’t wait to see Winnie The Pooh, Tigger, Piglet, Eeyore, Kanga and Roo in the movie. When Piglet goes missing, Pooh and his friends use his scrapbook to find him and learn more about Piglet. In one of his memories, Kanga and Roo have recently moved in, and Tigger and Rabbit believe them to be predators and are afraid of them. Piglet accidentally switches places with Roo. Kanga then acts as if she thinks Piglet is Roo and uses this to show she is a sweet person. After Piglet calms down, she reveals she knew, and everything is settled. Later, Pooh and Christopher Robin begin an expedition to find the North Pole, and Kanga joins the friends. The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh: Winnie the Pooh • Christopher Robin • Piglet • Tigger • Eeyore • Rabbit • Kanga • Roo • Owl • Gopher • Bees • Heffalumps • Woozles • Mr. Narrator They were impressed that I could read music and sing a song called 'Whoop-de-Dooper Bounce,' which went faster and faster as the song progressed. The Sherman Brothers gave me a signed score -- thanking me for my 'Super-Cala-Fragilistic Expealidocious-singing.'"

Although Christopher Robin is not a main character in this series (neither is Owl), he does appear in storylines and interacts with Darby. She encourages Pooh and Tigger to be "super sleuths" and help her solve mysteries in the Hundred Acre Wood. Pooh and friends will help young viewers learn how to work with others, resist immediate gratification, and understand the value of patience and reasoning. "My Friends Tigger & Pooh" is produced to appeal to kids and parents alike. Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day" was released by Walt Disney on December 20, 1968. This second "Pooh" short won an Academy Award and was released with the film "The Horse in the Gray Flannel Suit." In this film, Winnie the Pooh is told by Gopher that it is "Winds-day." Pooh decides to wish a Happy Winds-day to his friend Piglet, who is subsequently blown into the air. Pooh uses him as a kite, and wishes the other characters a Happy Winds-day. Miscellaneous: " Luv-a-bye" • " Playtime Song" • " Learning Song" • " Friendship Song" • " Snug as a Bear Can Be" • " The Scrapbook Song" • " Pooh for President" Villains: Xehanort • Ansem • Xemnas • Maleficent • Pete • Vanitas • Xigbar/Braig • Xaldin • Vexen • Lexaeus • Zexion • Saïx/Isa • Demyx • Luxord • Marluxia • Larxene • Terra-Xehanort • Young Xehanort • Xehanort's Guardian The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh" is a full-length animated film that was released on March 11, 1977. It is comprised of the previously released animated shorts: "Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree" (1966), "Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day" (1968), and "Winnie the Pooh and Tigger Too!" (1974). This film includes newly created "linking scenes" between the three featurettes and a new ending to give closure to the stories. Some of Roo's friends include Tigger, Winnie-the-Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore, Rabbit, Owl, and Christopher Robin. Cummings (the voice of Pooh) recalls, "This is the first appearance of a Heffalump in the Hundred Acre Wood. The Heffalump is basically like an elephant. Roo runs across small one, who turns out to be his size." Kingdom Hearts: Sora • Riku • Kairi • Aqua • Xemnas • Ansem, Seeker of Darkness • Ventus • Terra • Chirithy • Lea • Young Xehanort • Roxas • Dark Riku • Naminé

Porcupine can play the flute and has a passion for cooking but cannot see without her glasses. She is a close friend with Turtle, who is the only character who can hug her because of her sharp quills. They were pen pals before he came to the forest. Ultimate Spider-Man: Spider-Man • Venom • Green Goblin • Miles Morales • Lizard • Rhino • Doctor Octopus • Iron Spider • Spider-Gwen • Kraven the Hunter • Hobgoblin Cummings (the voice of Pooh and Tigger) says the puppets were somewhat complicated. "It took four people to operate the Tigger puppet," he says. "It was Japanese Kabuki-style puppetry, beautifully done. We would record our voices, which were sent to New York City. Then the puppets would lip synch to our voices [as characters do in animation]. It was fully articulated, just riveting." "My Friends Tigger & Pooh"Roo's youthful and energetic personality (as well as his natural love of bouncing) makes him the perfect companion for Tigger, with whom Roo shares a relationship akin to two siblings. However, his young age sometimes prevents him from tagging along on Pooh's adventures (mainly because Rabbit and even Tigger believes Roo's too young for certain expeditions). When not with Tigger or Kanga, Roo spends his free time with Dexter, Owl's cousin. Since Lumpy's introduction, he and Roo have been portrayed as best friends and spend most of their time together. In the Disney adaptations, Owl is much more jovial and friendly. He enjoys telling stories about his relatives whenever something reminds him of one, but many of his stories are pointless or absurd. In Welcome to Pooh Corner, Owl always wears glasses (and often a cap and goggles when flying) and loves to cook. He does not appear in My Friends Tigger & Pooh nor is he mentioned. He has been voiced by Hal Smith (1966–1994), Junius Matthews ( A Happy Birthday Party with Winnie the Pooh), [4] Sam Edwards (Disneyland Records), [5] Andre Stojka (1997–present), Craig Ferguson (2011 film), and in the Christopher Robin film, he was voiced by Toby Jones. Roo makes rare appearances in the Disney theme parks, inside the pouch of his mother. The character is almost exclusive to parades, though a walkaround version has appeared in Disney Live! productions. Roo made his first live action appearance in the 2018 film Christopher Robin, voiced by Sara Sheen. [6] Satirical psychological study
