Description

Tamarindo is a celebration of the tropical, centred around the fresh sweetness of pineapple, lifted with bergamot oil and leant depth by jasmine, cardamom and vanilla absolute. The delegates were welcomed by Mr. Ghebregziabher Ghebremedhin, Acting Executive Director and Programs Coordinator of ALLPI together with the ALLPI team of Experts. th – 10 th of August 2023 an Africa Leather and Leather Products Institute delegation Conducted a 5-day field mission to Rwanda. The mission was organized as part of the collaboration of ALLPI and Rwanda leather stakeholders. Fantastic fragrance and doesn't smell like anything else I have. This is my first Memo. This is a Cardamom bomb. Both Cardamom and Saffron is very noticeable in the opening with the Leather which is not the animalistic kind to my nose. The Cumin, to me, smells like more of a supporting note. I'm not a typically a huge fan of Cumin, but it works here. It's got a spice market vibe in the opening as others have described. Vetiver comes out a little more after the initial spraying as it starts to settle down. The Patchouli here is very chocolatey more so than the hippie variety and musk is helping it push off skin pretty strongly. I didn't notice any Bergamot or Oud until i knew they were there and was specifically looking for each of them.

During an Event organized on 16 th November 2023 in the ALLPI Headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, all ALLPI Staff Members and guests welcomed the new Executive Director, Mr. Nicholas Mudungwe, who joined ALLPI recently. Mr. Mudungwe worked at the COMESA Secretariat and later was moved to ALLPI where he served as a Programs Coordinator. Thereafter, he joined the International Trade Center (ITC) where he has been working before taking up this new appointment with ALLPI. Lalibela unfolds with rose absolute, warm, woody frankincense and rich, musky Indonesian patchouli, combined with coconut orchid, heady jasmine absolute, sweet vanilla, deep tobacco and leathery labdanum resin.

Test before cleaning. When cleaning your product, always test in an inconspicuous area first to make sure it won’t cause more damage than good

Performance on this is outrageously good. I'm typically an over-sprayer, but I won't be doing that with this one cause I might just choke someone out. I wouldn't wear this in the peak of summer unless you are in a climate controlled environment. The longevity l get is 10-12 hours on my skin. I imagine this on clothes will last 24 hours or more. Sillage and projection is strong for the first hour or two and you'll get wafts for the life of the fragrance after you get into the full dry down. Woops, I spilled something. Ok, that can happen, especially for the clumsy among us. If a specific leather cleaner is unavailable to you, you can simply use a mild soap or dishwashing liquid. Most marks can be easily removed using just a damp soft cloth. Use a sponge or a soft rag with the soap diluted in water (1:10) to wipe clean the leather surface. Then rub the leather thoroughly dry with a towel. Got wet anyways? Should you get a leather product soaked in a downpour, then blot as much water as is possible with paper or cloth towels, then simply let the article dry at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. And do not put leather in front of heaters. There are ten scent options; the first is Inlac, which features key notes of intoxicating jasmine, herbal mate and fruity osmanthus absolute combined with bergamot, mint and musk for a heady fragrance.

Brief presentation was made by Mrs. Birkinesh Gonfa, Investment Trade and Marketing Expert of ALLPI focusing on major activities performed by ALLPI for the State of Eritrea. The following activities were conducted for Eritrea: Winston Leather, a Nigerian leather brand, celebrated the biggest sales in its 30 years in business last June. The boost was thanks to a tweet in March from fashion historian Shelby Christie highlighting how its tannery, based in Kano, Nigeria, supplies leather to luxury fashion houses such as Louis Vuitton and Ralph Lauren. Meanwhile, Nigeria’s Winston Leather has already responded to the needs of smaller designers by evolving a business model enabling designers to buy as little as 10 square feet of leather hide rather than the minimum quantity of 20,000 square feet previously required.
