You should watch this show if you have an infatuation with the isekai/otome game genre and a thing for lord claude.

At the banquet to celebrate the end of the academy's winter term, the crown prince and Aileen's childhood friend, Cedric Jeanne Elmir, publicly annuls his engagement with Aileen and announces that he is in love with Lilia Rainworth, the game's female protagonist. Aware of the tragic future ahead of her and determined to change it, the young girl resolves to conquer the game's final boss, the "Demon King" and Cedric's half-brother, Claude Jeanne Elmir, by making him fall in love with her instead. No es la primera vez que leo esta historia, creo que la primera vez fue por allá del 2019, pero si es la primera vez que lo tengo en físico, por lo que no ha aparecido en ningún otro año de lecturas. shadowing in the face, interchanged with some comic chibi's. The artwork also has a nice flow and movement, as I am always baffled how hair can be drawn as being so alive and fluffy.

Coming off the energy of the second volume, I’m the Villainess, So I’m Taming the Final Boss Volume 3 was my most anticipated manga from Yen Press this month. For such a short series of just three volumes, the creative team has done a great job making readers fall in love with these characters while also providing plenty of laughs. I mean, yes it was pretty cliche for the genre but the ML was adorable and the FL was competent and the world was interesting enough so I was filled with good feelings. But I've discovered, like with every trope, there is a lot of dumb stuff out there. It feels like there is more when it comes to Isekai. Almost like a paint by numbers thing but every person in a fandom knows that will be the case with everything. I mean how many twists can you find in the Star Trek books?I’ve started a new manga series again. I’m convinced that summer is the season of manga for me, seeing as I’m lagging when it comes to reading novels. The good thing is there’s only one book out for this one. It’s a good thing because I don’t have a bunch of books to catch up on, but it’s also a terrible thing because now I’m left on a cliffhanger. I know this is having an anime soon, so my only choice is to wait for that to air… There are quite a few characters in the anime, but not all of them decided to reveal. Of the 5 assistants of the main character, Aileen, only Isaac was given time, while the rest became third-rate. Here are the North American anime, manga, and light novel releases for February. Week 1: February 1 - 7 Anime Releases Adachi to Shimamura (incl. Mini Anime) (Adachi... read more Also the antagonists (well technically heroes) I think they're really bland. Cedric is just kinda the ex character. Lilia is the standard good girl anime protagonist, and pretty predictable like YOU know that girl is hiding something hah.

The series itself is divided into three arcs, in each of which the story changes, the characters remain the same (except that new ones appear). In my opinion, the first and Anyways, the main thing that made me write this review was what seems to be overlooked a lot in these underrated, non-widespread seasonal anime: its OP and ED songs. The OP, sung by Aileen's VA Rie Takahashi by the way, was an absolute banger, and the ED was even better. Quite unfortunate that the show wasn't that popular, 'cause II laughed A LOT in that first quarter! Aileen is a very fun main character and was cheering for her right from the beginning! I loved her spunk and go-getter attitude to go ask Claude if he would marry her followed by all her antics. Deeply looking forward to seeing what she will do next and appreciate how she takes matters into her own hands. Someone tries to rape the protagonist, either to force her to marry him, or to trigger Demon King Claude's transformation into a dragon. In any case, this act doesn't receive remotely adequate punishment. This is fun, although nothing special in its genre. I have, however, noticed that these "villainess redeemed" light novels/manga tend to fall into one of two categories:

Part of the reason why I like this manga is that Aileen, even when she regains some of her memories from her past life, she's still prideful. Her motives is selfish even when it's good for the demons and people, which Aileen is upfront about. She's fun to watch, even if her actions are questionable. Here are the North American anime, manga, and light novel releases* for November. Week 1: November 1 - 7 Anime Releases Fate/kaleid liner Prisma☆Illya 2wei! (incl. Aware of the tragic future ahead of her and determined to change it, the young girl resolves to conquer the game's final boss, the "Demon King" and Cedric's half-brother, Claude Jeanne Elmeier, by making him fall in love with her instead. With time running out, can Irene succeed with her plans, or will she remain bound to the ill-fated ending that awaits her?Somehow, Aileen, our protagonist waking up as a villainess, falls a bit flat: I had some trouble connecting with her motivations and how her feelings develop. Perhaps it's me, though, or again the shortness of the story. Some side characters their development is minimal - some more than others though so the more lovable ones you will still see flowering into bloom as the story evolves. However, it is easier said than done, as Claude distrusts her intentions. Instead of giving up, Aileen adamantly tries to win his heart by helping Claude fulfill his wish: to build peace between humankind and demonic beasts. But time is running out, and it is up to Aileen to change the course of not only her tragic ending but Claude's as well. The comedic beats do land sometimes, not always mind you, but often enough to give the show an upbeat feeling so good enough. Ya'll, I have re-discovered my college era love of manga and NOW there is something JUST as good or even BETTER out there and it is LIGHT NOVELS, basically manga with only a few GORGEOUS pictures and the story written out as a prose book.
