Glory or Damnation is one of my favourite thematic objective cards, earned if a surviving fighter has three upgrade cards. With the Godsworn Hunt's inspire condition, not spreading your upgrades around can be detrimental, but we still find the card awesome. Control/Objective: represents the warband that play for board control and/or that prefer to control the objectives or deny them to their opponents. They are usually not the strongest and tend to have a more defensive approach.

The majority of the cards are very aggressive, hitting hard and accurately, with some great options to boost defence like Unfazed.

Alexander Gonzalez – Reapers of Vengeance – 1st Place

Alastair Maxwell – Null Myriad:Alastair avoids running Immortis Guard entirely, opting instead for Stalkers, and skips the Morghast for a Soulreaper and the Aethervoid Pendulum and Nightmare Predator Bloodscent(Triple, Riptooth):perform a bonus move with all friendly characters within range of him. If you have these miniatures, you can try them but you will need to integrate with other fighters from the same faction as most warbands are around the 500 points mark and not balanced with each other. You need to assemble 1000 points to really enjoy the game of Warcry and remember you can use the Leader as a Hero and have another leader or use their minions without the boss. Unless you have Zarbag’s Gitz, that is perfect as it is! Low standard damage not helped by universal Strength buff ability. Some fun thematic warbands for the Slaves to Darkness Swordbands

Paired up with Mollog's Mob, the second warband that isn't part of a regular Age of Sigmar faction is introduced as a warband for Warhammer Underworlds: Nightvault - Godsworn Hunt. Underworld warbands from Season 9: Deathgorge Terms you should know about Warhammer Underworlds Warbands Third, you could combine the two, with one or two battle groups being Marauders/Chosen, and the last group(s) being Horsemen. In battle, the Path to Glory translates into abilities that trigger when your fighters charge or kill their prey, leading to even more killing and slaughter. It also show in the variety of your warband: the lowest fighters are little more than armed barbarians with crude weapons, but your elite fighters, who have already gain some Chaos favor, wear ornate plate armor and terrifying Chaos axes – as well as skulls from the foes they have vanquished. Patient Lurkers rewards a more defensive playstyle, letting your opponent come to you before counter-charging them. There are some cards requiring you to be on feature tokens, but more importantly also some which you can score if your opponent is.The unit champions, upgraded as leaders, rarely provide something so you can easily disregard the various Aspiring Champion, Doom Knight, Marauder Chieftain, Horsemaster. The only exception could be the Exalted Champion that would behave as a Chosen and therefore return useful with his Quad ability. Admittedly, this is really not an optimal warband from a tactical perspective. What it does do is let you build a warband with just what you get in the Start Collecting! Slaves to Darkness box, which has some of the best model designs for the Slaves to Darkness available. player, 6-round Grand Tournament in Ottawa, ON CA on August 19 2023. All the lists for this event can be found in Best Coast Pairings. The Showdown There are 3 different Chaos Marauder Horsemen fighter types, plus a Leader version. What they all have in common is the Mount Runemark, which means that they can’t climb terrain (they’re on horses, after all), and that they have access to the Triple ability Trampling Hooves, which lets you do damage equal to the ability’s value to an enemy within 1″ of the Horseman after making a Move action. Reece Fraser – Gnarlroot:Tree herohammer (Treerohammer?) with Alarielle, a Warsong Revenant and Spirit of Durthu making up 3 quarters of the army by themselves – MSU Tree revs for battleline and Skaeth’s Wild Hunt for a potent spell in Might of Kurnoth
