So yes, the size of this book was one of the biggest reasons why I was putting off this book, but LET ME TELL YOU, despite the size of this book (over 600 pages), it really is a quick read because the story is constantly progressing and the relationships between Roxy and the guys are constantly evolving. Garret is the kind of male character that you could easily envision in your head and his grumpiness (and dislike for the FMC in the beginning), but his warm and caring heart behind closed doors will make you fall in love with him. Another point within the plot that I enjoyed was the fact that each of the MMCs had their internal struggles, issues, or things from their past that were a driving force of who they were in the present, and explained why they acted the way they acted. Roxanne's background isn't exactly glamorous but what it's done is build the foundations of a strong take no bull individual.
