Aroma: Classic and straightforward juniper led nose with a slight hint of lemon and citrus around the edges. Flavor: The palate is still juniper led; however, the other botanicals come through. Coriander and a hint of cardamom come on mid-palate, while green juniper eases into a finish with light intensity bitter orange and citrus. Liverpool Gin is a premium organic gin producer who makes gin from scratch using pure certified organic botanicals, producing a highly distinctive, aromatic drink. The brainchild of Liverpool Organic Brewery managing director Mark Hensby and head distiller John O’Dowd. Method: Shake and strain into a tall glass over cubed ice, and garnish with a cucumber slice and a mint sprig.

Pour coffee syrup into a jug to cool to room temperature, then put into a Kilner jar and add the vodka. Mix and leave somewhere cool and dark to infuse overnight.
