Maceration: 15 of our 21 botanicals are blended in a copper pot still and steeped for 24 hours, extracting the flavours and essential oils. Distilled in small batch copper pot stills, we utilize two traditional methods, maceration and vapourinfusion combined into a single distillation process. They hand charge their 'state of the art' still with grain alcohol and botanicals, then distill to produce a uniquely finished gin. Its vodka-esque velvet smoothness makes it highly amenable to taking other flavours such as bitters, citrus or for use in a variety of cocktails.
