The Fit Rooms offer the latest fitness equipment in three different areas; the Fit Hall, the Fit Studio and the Fit Gym.

I started looking for a new challenge and under the great coaches have become fitter and stronger than I have ever been, reaching the Hyrox World Championships. Lovely members and absolutely fantastic and inspirational trainers all of whom have multiple disciplines. Unique design for ultimate variety: almost limitless exercise options to keep your workouts fun and fresh every time.

I joined as an online member in April and I have seen great results that I didn't think we're possible. You’ll be guided through a series of movements and focus on breathing techniques to improve your overall well-being. Whether you want to transform your body or lay foundations for lifelong health, we know how to make it happen, moving heaven and earth to ensure it does. We want to give you the variety to workout your way while retaining the community and spirit of a local club.

While home workouts became the norm during lockdowns, there is a limit to what you can get done in your living room. Not only do we have the largest selection of weights for a dedicated ladies only gym, we have great facilities like a sauna and a great community too!

It gets full marks from me and its great to know that a new challenge will always be introduced should I choose to accept. My coach is not only there for my training and nutritional needs, he actually cares, along with his superb team; they go above and beyond in everything they do! We would love everybody to be able to join us, but also want to maintain a comfortable, efficient and safe gym environment.
