The Sticks are a criminal group willing to exploit the illness of Aunt Fanny and the naivety of Uncle Quentin to their own ends. First chapter may be difficult to get into for a few pages, so def start on a sleepy night or summarize info up to entering the magical woods.

Personally, I could not allow my characters over a series of books to remain trapped in a form of endless youth, but then we will see if I ever get to that point.
