Taste: Well it's smooth, no burn, which when I first tasted it, blew away every conception and prejudice I had against whisky. First reaction, from nosing of bottle immediately after cap removal is distinctly and umistakably, of plum wine. Smooth and delightful, sure we ended up climbing trees, swimming in winter and blanking out but its well worth the ride.
