Mats are ok to be used but it’s not recommended you use mats on carpets as it will be too bouncy and that is not ideal for the treadmill. In November 2012 received an e-mail to advise the replacement 'permanent' treadmill is on its way and the company would pay for it to be set up at their expense.I had a problem with the Treadmill, they responded immediately to my e-mail and arranged to replace the defective product. For now im not going to be using programs but controlling speed and incline manually, when I get fitter then I might start playing round with the features.
