Smok Novo 2 is an upgraded version of Ireland’s popular Smok Novo, which is also a draw-activated pod system, but it now has a bigger battery. When I insert the cable it constantly flashes red but if I draw on it, it is a blue light. Any ideas on what the charging issue is?

My caliburn is not hitting at all. It is still showing a green light however won’t hit on either of my non burnt pods. Not sure how to fix this and getting frustrated with what is supposed to be a highly rated device.
