In this version, things that would usually cause a player to lose, such as going to jail, can help him or she get ahead! EXCITING CHILDREN OF THANOS SPACES: If a player lands on a Child of Thanos, they must engage them in battle in the Monopoly: Marvel Avengers edition board game If none of your rolls matches the number on the board space, you lose the battle. Pay 200 to the Bank.

The Monopoly: Marvel Avengers Edition game is about collecting power instead of money, and using your power to save different locations from evil villains. The traditional Chance and Community Chest cards are now S.H.I.E.L.D. and Villains cards. You collect power from other players when they land on spaces you've already saved and when you pass "Go." When the last location has been saved and all the villains are defeated, the Super Hero with the most power is the winner! Rolling a double results in another turn. However, roll three in a row, and you have to go straight to jail. The highest bidder pays the Bank. If no one wants to bid, that's fine. No one pays anything, and the hero card stays with the Bank.

If you’re a fan of games like Avengers Monopoly where you are tasked with saving the world (or at least controlling its fate), but you want something a little more mature and complex, The King’s Dilemma might be for you. You can only have 1 Headquarters per hero. You can' t add any more Bases. You cannot build on a hero's space if any hero in their color set is sidelined.

Hand out the correct pieces. Each player needs one Avengers token (placed on Go), the matching superpower card; twelve location markers (matching the chosen token); and 1,500 in power. Sell Headquarters to the Bank for half the cost price, and exchange them immediately for 4 Bases. Sell Bases to the Bank for half the cost price. Bases must be sold evenly across the color set. Sidelining (Mortgaging) Heroes In one version of the game, you must rescue the universe from forces of evil by collecting power as you pass go and using it to save locations; in the other version, rather than buying or saving locations, you assemble an impressive team to save the universe by drafting heroes.

Components

You can use up to 3 turns to try for doubles. If you don't roll doubles by your third turn In Jail, pay 50, and use your last roll to move. Hero-saved spaces –If you land on a space that has already been saved, you have to give the player who saved it a power-up if they shout “power-up” before the next player begins their turn. Just like in the original Monopoly, every time you pass go, you collect 200 in power. At this point, you can also reactivate your superpower if you use it. To sideline a hero, you must first sell all buildings in their color set to the Bank at half their cost price. Heroes

You can buy, sell, or swap heroes with other players at any time. You must sell all buildings in a color set to the Bank before you can sell or trade a hero. You cannot sell or trade buildings to another player. When you land on a hero that has not been drafted, you must draft them or auction their allegiance. Heroes can be traded for cash, other heroes, and/or Get Out of Jail Free cards. The amount is decided by the players making the deal. Sidelined heroes can be traded at any agreed-upon price.
