Seasonally, this is a spring and summer wear all the way. That’s when it’s going to shine and this isn’t going to get much play in the colder months. When I first tried this a couple of years ago, I didn't like it. I think I was too into Chloe and expecting a different type of scent with this all together. While Chloe has roses, and was tempered with other notes, this has full-on heady roses straight from the get go that I wasn't expecting. So, I put the sample aside. The rose in the fragrances of Chloé is dosed for my feeling just right, because it is light, feminine and sensual and always gives its wearer a touch of cool romance.

I can definitely see myself falling out of love with it if it ever mixes with my BO, I can see myself associating it with being sweaty and dirty. In my humble opinion Chloe should not shy away from this fragrance whatsoever, as it pleases both the young and the old costumers of the house. The first because of it's modern spin with the added lemon and green notes at first - smelling youthful and crisp. And as for the second due to it's robust rosy body, an ingredient sure to make the elder swoon because of how refreshingly modern it made such an usual scent feel. I should get one of these nasal aberrations when I first test the Chloé Rose Tangerine, but first a few facts about the scent: The new muse and face of the perfume is British actress Lucy Boynton who embodies the spontaneous, open character of Chloé woman with her natural charm.

Oh... my beloved is long gone now. My mother just gifted me a 50mL bottle of this a few weeks ago and I must say it is heavenly. I already adored the og signature Chloe but this is, certainly, the best. Who the previous Chloés were too rose-heavy, could find here a rather fruity-floral answer. In my eyes, rose tangerine offers a very good start for Chloé fragrance beginners. In 1975, the brand released its first perfume, a fragrance that evokes the romantic soul of every woman. Longevity is very long at 10+ hours. I may not smell it but others do and people wonder where are the roses until they realize it's someone's perfume. So yes, it does capture the smell of a rose garden right here in Houston if not in Paris. Edit: I have bought this perfume and have really been enjoying wearing it. My initial impression remains, and I find the longevity good around 8+ hours, but mild projection at my usual 1-2 sprays (for me that’s a positive, but I am aware this may not be the case for everyone). It’s an easy reach.
