About this deal

I wish that I had bought the book as this is one of those books that you read and then know that you will be dipping into it again. But it has the potential to be like a friend to everyone, and hopefully it inspires people and reminds them they’re not alone. It is sturdy and suitable for little hands, and even though it is small, it can work for a group read-aloud because the illustrations on each page are bright and vivid against a white background.

I took a picture of one of my favourites from page 168 because it summed up so well how I was feeling. This book has pictures--with various people in them--of all skin colors as well as differing abilities.
