Amongst the loot we hauled home was half a dozen books - and Hairy Maclary from Donaldson's dairy is my pick of the lot. My son's Daddy suggested this book as he grew up with it and our little boy loves it just as much as he did! Makes you wonder if there's some sort of weird genetic manipulation going on in Miss Plum's town and who's behind it. I have a little boy and love reading to him, so this reading list will cover the classic (and new) children’s stories we’re enjoying together.
