Made using traditional gin botanicals combined with a delicate array of island botanicals including lemon balm, meadowsweet, wild water mint, heather flowers, bog myrtle and sea buckthorn. Crafted in a 100 year old copper still in Langley distillery using 100% British grown wheat and 6 handpicked botanicals that are grown on the island with a further 10 to create the base. We suggest a slice of lemon, a good quality tonic (at not more than 2:1 ratio to gin) and plenty of good ice.

On adding a mixer, the citrus, lemon, orange – and even bergamot – open out, as do hints of cinammon, cloves and even saffron. Produced in small batches and released only 750 bottles at a time, this is incredibly smooth and easy to drink and is perfect for creating the classic Gin and Tonic.
