Unfortunately, you cannot turn the brushroll / beater bar off on the V11. Your best option would be to use one of the non-motorized attachments to clear those rugs. I have a v11 animal with the torque drive cleaning head. Bought at Costco last week. I noticed a decent amount of vibration from the spinning roller. Not flying apart kind of vibration but makes me wonder how long it will last. Is this normal? Doesn’t have to be on floor to notice. Everything else seems to be working as it should. Also does hair get entangled with the hoover head and how easy is it to clean? Reply For whatever reason, Dyson decided to not make a V11 Absolute version…at least not for most countries. It is available in some countries, including Canada and the UK. However, it’s not available in the US.
