The pic shows splash guards on 3 sides, these are not included but will help so as to reduce gaps at the tray sides and back due to the way the cage is manufactured. The Explorer cage features two levels made of coated metal construction set on wheels with a deep metal base to include a pull out cleaning tray and four large swing opening doors located at the front of the cage. And it is super sturdy so there won't be any escapes once I've moved my monster ratties into it, the only reason I give it a three is because it was a pain in the neck to put up, instructions are rubbish and the cage is heavy and godly to put up, also the people who made it forgot to drill holes in the metal for some prongs to fit into, so we had to hammer it into place and now it looks slightly wonky. Provide your four-legged friend with a fun-filled habitat with the Liberta Explorer Large Double Rodent Cage.

The odd assortment (Gotcha 13/06/2012) - Gandalf, Pippin, Venk and Smeg - sleep soundly together my dears. The top cage doors are slightly out of alignment which means its tricky closing the door but sure we can fix that. New: A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging (where packaging . The Liberta Explorer cage is suitable for Degu, Chinchilla, Ferret, Gerbil, Hamster and other similar sized animals. The Savic is very much like the Ferret Nation, the spring lock doors are fab, the whole cage is more solid and less rattly and isn't cheapy looking like the Explorer.

who refused to refund and asked if I would let them pick it up instead even though I needed to keep my new animals housed at this point. VAT stands for value-added tax, which is charged on most goods and services within the European Union. The trays aren't an issue for me as I use a thin layer of substrate and then add a deep digging box, plus my girls don't bother chewing them. People moan about the bases rusting but I have just lined the bases with clear film covering that comes on a roll and has a sticky backing.

We know that flavour is just as important, so you can find a range of flavours of dry dog food including beef, chicken and turkey, so whatever needs your canine companion has, we’ll make sure that their tummies stay full and satisfied! The Liberta Pioneer cage has been a popular brand for many years here at Scarletts for Degu, Rats and Chinchillas whereas the Little Zoo Trekker cage is our most popular ferret cage. This pet cageis constructed using durable and strong wrought iron and is covered with a powder coating to make it safe and reliable for your lovely pet. Our girls have to stand on their hind legs to reach their water, which they do manage despite still being very small so it is do-able but not great. I find it works really well as is totally chew proof and your pretty much only limited to your budget and imagination when it comes to furnishing it (space isn't an issue).A wide living area for your lovely rodents, the Liberta Explorer Large Double Rodent Cage offers maximum visibility, comfort, functionality and style to keep both you and your pet happy. Measuring 93 x 63 x 159cm, this cage provides plenty of space to create the perfect home for your pets. The Liberta rodent cage is suitable for rodents including mice, rats, gerbils, chinchillas, degus, ferrets, and hamsters.

Our 2nd one was 2nd hand, and putting it together was much easier once it had already been out together and taken apart once. Quinton's pine may be your best shot as I think they already do full length shelf kits for other cages. What I've done is used both half levels that come with the cage, ome in its normal halfway place, the other sitting on the lowest horizontal rung and then put a full level above it so that I could maximise the space while still fitting in my two 14" wheels (see the post quoted below). Hi, would a Liberta Explorer second edition cage be big enough for degus without extensive modification?
