It’s actually stronger but still not as strong as I would like but I just spray more since it is such a good value. The florals aren't all that noticeable which means your pretty much left with peppery woody notes in the dry down. Fragrance World Oud Wonder is a luxurious and sensual fragrance, that is evocative of iconic fragrances of the past. About the quality: it smells a bit acidic and sour, it's for a more matured man (40+); does not smell young and playful like Creed. I wanted to like this more than i do , it smells very similar to an aventus sample i got , the opening is very harsh and nauseating and reminds me a cleaning agents .

It's such a soft presentation, but doesn't instantly become a skin scent like Accendis Lucevera or Aubusson Plush Leather, the weaksaucest Aventus-y fragrances in my collection.

You'd have to be doing a side-by-side shootout to really pick up differences, so for most people it will work just as well as Aventus but is much cheaper. Update: I was recently informed that there are two versions of Armaf Club de Nuit Intense Man: France version that more closely resembles a fruity Aventus batch and UAE version that resembles a smokey batch. The projection is about arm length but creates a nice scent bubble, and the longevity is very good on skin and on clothes (almost a day on skin and several days on clothes). My only complaint is that I could have bought something that I would love instead of like, but overall it's doing it's job and I'm happy with it.

The sillage or scent trail is what people like; it won’t smell great to you, but others will love it. The biggest drawback to this vs Aventus is the harsh top notes but It won’t bother you if you don’t stick your nose to it right away and it won’t smell that way to others so just spray and go. Hope Al-Haramain doesn't/stops reformulating their fragrances, because I experienced some differences between batches, especially with L'Adventure Blanche (the Silver Mountain Water clone).I have even asked people to comment on my fragrance and no one picked up the scent standing less a feet from me, about half-hour to one hour after spraying. I can smell that fruitiness and pinapple from L'Adventure (although pineapple is not listed in the notes) for hours after we get past the first hour. Yes, its not as strong as CDNIM but off my skin it is comparable to if not slightly better than modern batches of aventus. The fragrance is strong, it projects well, and it's intense, but it's certainly not an offensive fragrance and is instead it's a very fresh, clean, masculine, citrus fragrance. CDNIM is your smokier batch of Aventus, L’aventure is more of your “well-rounded” batches of Aventus.

Only one L'Adventure I haven't liked of the 4 I've tried so far and that's the standard white version for men.

It immediately smelled 90% similar to another Armaf fragrances in my Scent Armory (don't know which one) just wish Fragrantica would add it to their databse.
