Lamington Icecream Cake A deliciously layered Lamington Ice-Cream Cake inspired by everyone's favourite treat! Strawberry ice-cream, chocolate lamington fingers, vanilla ice-cream and raspberry topping make this no-bake dessert a total winner! And there you have it.. a simple guide for how to make Tic Toc Tea Cup Biscuits! I hope these make your next party or baby shower just that little bit cuter!! Drain the gelatine, squeezing out any excess water with your hands, then roughly chop into small pieces. Add the pieces, a few at a time, to the meringue, whisking continuously between each addition, until all the gelatine has been incorporated and the marshmallow is stiff. Milo Mousse Chocolate Slice - Delicious Milo Mousse Chocolate Slice made with a chewy, rich chocolate base and a soft and creamy mousse topping. These grilled s’mores are best enjoyed straight away. I do not recommend keeping them for longer than a few hours. Variations

One tip I have is that I freeze my marshmallows – I pop them in the freezer a day or two before I need them. You can of course not freeze them at all and it potentially has no effect on the outcome but my hope is that the marshmallows hold their shape longer. How about you make two batches and test it out! And my favorite plus of this recipe is that you can cook it for future use and even freeze it until the right moment. Ingredients for Coconut Snowballs Heat oven to 190C/fan 170C/gas 5. Beat butter, sugar, egg and vanilla together with a pinch of salt until smooth. Fold in the flour and coconut to form a dough.

Ingredients

This recipe has featured on my blog for some time but as one of my first recipes so I thought it was time to revisit it and photograph it again so you can see just how delicious and simple it is! Stir the mixture thoroughly, it should clump well. If the mixture is too dry, add an extra 1-2 tablespoons of condensed milk. Put biscuit ingredients into a food processor and pulse until mixture clumps together. Tip dough on to a work surface, bring together then wrap in clingfilm and chill for 30min.

If you don’t like caramelised marshmallows on your s’mores, then watch carefully and remove the biscuits from under the grill as soon as the tops of the marshmallows begin to bubble. Marshmallows– I like to use regular pink and white marshmallows, but you can use mini marshmallows – you will obviously need to use more than 3! Or use large marshmallows and cut in half before placing on the biscuit to allow it to melt through under the grill. Press into your prepared tin. Use a spoon to press it down and get it nice and smooth. This helps to stop it crumbling when cutting. Step 4 - Bake With all that is going at the moment, I'm doing my best to look on the bright side and here on the blog it's going to be business as usual as much as possible. I've been busy planning, testing and photographing lots of new recipes that you can make with the kids at home, and today I'm starting our Easter celebrations with these cute marshmallow bunnies! If you don't have edible marker pens, try using a fine paintbrush with food colourings to paint on the faces instead. Ensure the paint brush is clean and hasn't been used for painting prevously.

Method

This is not your ordinary Marshmallow Slice – but it still holds its place as one of my all time favourite slices! This no bake marshmallow slice is like none other. Repeat with the remaining pink marshmallows, then do the same with the white marshmallows, reversing the colours so that they have white ears and pink tails. Chocolate– milk chocolate or dark chocolate work well, you can use chocolate chips if you prefer. This is a useful recipe for leftover Easter eggs (yes, it can happen!) or leftover Halloween chocolate too. Roughly chop your leftover chocolates and sprinkle them over the hot marshmallows. In a separate bowl, beat together the egg yolk and milk and add this to the flour mixture. Bring everything together to form a dough. Use regular large marshmallows for a snowball cookie recipe. Mini marshmallows are fine too but will make the cooking process longer.
