Disposables are measured in puffs. Each puff is equivalent to one hit of nicotine. The number of puffs is an average determined by the total amount of e-liquid, battery capacity and puff duration. There are more than 30 original Elfbar flavours across the range, including various fruit, tobacco and mint flavours.

Prefilled pods and disposables are filled with 20mg/ml of nicotine salt e-liquid. Nic salts offer a smoother throat hit and better flavour. The 2ml of 20mg/ml nicotine content equals approximately 20 cigarettes. Elf Bar nic salt e-liquids are now available in a 10 ml bottle, allowing them to be enjoyed in Elf Bar refillable pods and other vape kits. My favourite out of all the pods I tried was tangerine. It surprised me as I usually hate the taste of orange squash, but the air up gave me the right taste of orange for my liking. To me, this was the pod that had the most authentic flavour out of the five I tried.
