Description

Maso Bianco of the Seiterre Winery is located in Vallagarina, in the shadow of the Castello di Avio, along the river Adige, in a soil of dolomitic marl calcareous origin. In this dynamic territory tradition, the Rizzi family works following tradition and passion intertwined with innovation, research and quality. Lucia Letrari runs the family business in a modern way without forgetting her father Leonello’s love of good wine. The grapes for Ferrari wines are also got from Trentodoc vineyards. This is the first DOC in Italy that is dedicated to 100% Metodo Classico varietal only. The only other place in the world, where you will find a dedicated vineyard for this varietal is Champagne in France. The Trentodoc wine range has more than 40 local wine producers working on it to create almost 100 plus wines.

The Moser winery was founded in 1979 by Diego and Francesco Moser who had been working the family vineyards in Val di Cembra since their early teens. Mara Mittestainer and her two daughters, Rosella and Stefania, have created a new project, a dream. A small production of Trentodoc that embodies their passion and love for the Trentino region: this is Mirí.

Reviews and Ratings

The wine is matured at least 24 months on the lees, with a gradual turning of the bottle upside-down (rémuage). Sediment is removed through disgorgement. The year 1899 was when the first bottles of Metodo Classico sparkling wine were produced in Trentino, thanks to Arminio Valentini, a pioneer in sparkling wine production in the Vallagarina. Cantina Resom was founded in 2018, when brothers Tommaso and Luca Moser decided to continue the path taken by first grandfather Silvio and then father Marcello. Trentodoc is not only a trademark, but also a project aimed at promoting the region in a very real sense. Over time, with much hard work and a vision, Bruno Lunelli and his sons were able to transform Ferrari from a relatively small operation vineyard to the celebratory toast of Italy and the leader in the Metodo Classico sparkling wine market.

This Italian wine delights with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with just 8.8 grams of residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine of this renown, this Italian wine naturally delights with the finest balance despite its dryness. Taste does not necessarily require a lot of residual sugar. Thanks to its lively fruit acidity, the Ferrari Brut Trentodoc in GP is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. The finish of this sparkling wine from the Trentino-Alto Adige wine-growing region, more precisely from Trento DOC, is impressive with a beautiful aftertaste. Vinification of the Ferrari Ferrari Brut Trentodoc in GPWith its mountain viticulture, Trentino is an area that is extraordinarily suited to the production of sparkling wines of great elegance and complexity: the alternation of warm days and cool nights gives added quality to the grapes, giving them a rainbow of different flavors and fragrances. Vineyards have southeastern and southwestern exposures on the slopes of the mountains of Trentino. Mastering the art of Italian living is not difficult. Simply pop open a bottle of Ferrari, Italy’s most iconic sparkling wine, and you will find luxury, glamour, and undeniable quality in every sip. In 1952, Giulio Ferrari, a man with no heir sold his small Trento winery to Bruno Lunelli to continue in his footsteps and continue crafting his superior quality sparkling wines which at the time were only produced in very small quantities. This “pearl” stretches over twenty hectares on the hills north of Trento, where a cool territory and gravelly soils provide the grapes made into their three Trentodoc wines. Abate Nero only produces Trentodoc metodo classico sparkling wines, which feature an authoritative, strong and elegant character.
