About this deal

At the opposite end of the H7, we find the fins have been pressed onto the heat pipes, but the other end of the pipes are soldered into the copper base. Just below the compatibility, we find dimensional renderings of the H7, and the fan that is paired with it. I was able to test the cooler on one of my systems and overall the cooling capabilities were somehow pretty average. Cryorig H7 plus is designed and equipped with a perfectly milled C1100 pure copper nickel coated contact plate with dimensions of 40 x 45 mm holding in line the 3 x Ø6mm nickel coated copper heat pipes arranged according to the Convex-Align™ system.

Placing a couple of thumbscrews on the base shows the level of polishing on the base, or lack thereof in this instance. The cooler is with asymmetrical according to its center single tower heat sink with dimensions of 120(W) x 107(H) x 70(D) mm and featuring 40 pieces of 0. After all, no matter how many fans are added there are only 3 heatpipes, which in this case really matters. Thanks to the somewhat recent "appearance" of RGB illumination AIO Liquid CPU Coolers may have further raised in popularity (pretty much due to the great looking fan/pump RGB lighting combination) but CPU Air Coolers didn't fall far behind and so there are currently quite a few models in the market also featuring RGB illumination.

Unfortunately, with these types of LED fans, the light cannot be disabled short of cutting the wires attached to the LEDs in the fan. With taking the cooler in my hand for first time I spent some time enjoying the cooler’s structure and according to what I saw the cooler is designed with all of the features included in the big brothers in the company portfolio and that includes the Hive Fin structure, Jet Fin Acceleration System and asymmetrical fins stack combined with Quad Air Inlet provided by the fan. Not gonna defend the H7 too much, because it is a PITA to mount, but after you've done it a few times, it gets better. It makes use of forty aluminum fins and three Ø6 mm heatpipes that are cooled by a 120 mm x 25 mm fan.Besides adding the CAM powered RGB system, with the H7 Quad Lumi CRYORIG has added one additional high performance heatpipe as well as increased support enthusiast grade Intel LGA 2011v3. Besides adding the CAM powered RGB system, with the H7 Quad Lumi CRYORIG has added one additional high performance heatpipe as well as increased support enthusiast grade Intel™ LGA 2011v3. The H7 ships with the fan pre-installed, so there is no need to faff about with the wire clips here. The H7 Quad Lumi is actually an improved version of the award winning H7 CPU Air Cooler CRYORIG released a while back featuring one additional nickel-plated heatpipe (according to CRYORIG this offers a 15% cooling efficiency improvement), LED lighting and support for the LGA 2011 platform by Intel. This cooler is equipped with the patent pending X-Bar quick mount system, designed to provide a quick and secure solution for both Intel and AMD platforms and to be permanently attached to the heat sink.
