Ultimately, the GO-61P seems to provide a better user experience, primarily due to the presence of a screen. Performance Overall, this feature works really well. It’s a lot of fun and pretty entertaining whatever level you play at, and the patterns have been programmed to a standard that just about elevates them above the cheese level that’s often associated with this kind of thing.

Personally, I feel that the NP-32 feels more well-built than the GO:Piano. The GO:Piano model I tested felt a bit more flimsy than the keys on the NP-32, but then again, I’ve never really been a fan of unweighted piano-style keys. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. If You obtained the Software directly from Roland, then the governing law and jurisdiction of the state of California apply without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. This Section 11.4 does not deprive You of the protection afforded to You by the provisions of mandatory consumer protections laws that are applicable to You, nor does it prevent you from seeking remedies or enforcing your rights as a consumer under such laws. I am usually looking for keyboards for intermediate players wanting to graduate from a cheap ‘toy-like’ keyboard, or from an acoustic piano to something more portable… often it’s for a church with a slim budget.I. Provide access to the Software or allow use by any third party, other than Permitted Third Parties, without Roland's prior written consent; Where the GO:Piano 61 differs from the GO:Keys 61, is the dynamic range in the internal sounds and 128 Note polyphony. The GO:Piano 61 has fewer sounds, as Roland has utilised the internal memory to provide more expressive and delicate dynamics. This means that beginner piano players can get used to playing with different dynamics that are essential to playing the piano. Pair with a Roland DP-2 Damper Pedal (sold separately) to benefit from the built-in Damper Resonance to have the most “piano-like” experience possible at this price point.

The speakers fail to recreate the lower frequencies and have an overly heavy emphasis on the treble frequencies. However, classical pianists and pop keyboardists don’t need the rhythms and accompaniment features. A solid piano sound is all they need, perhaps with a few EPs and organs on the side to round out their repertoire.

Fun portable keyboard that lets you play along with music streamed through onboard speakers

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between the individual consumer or business entity that will use the Software (“You”) and Roland Corporation (“Roland”). The GO:Piano 61 has semi-weighted ivory feel keys, inbuilt speakers and is able to be powered by batteries (comes with power supply). You may wonder how it is possible to have 32, 64, or even 128 notes playing simultaneously, if there are only 88 keys and we never play them all at once. Third Party Rights. Other than as expressly set out in this EULA, this EULA does not create any rights for any person who is not a party to it, and no person who is not a party to this EULA may enforce any of its terms or rely on any exclusion or limitation contained in it.
