I never liked Shi Wudu but I have to admit that he loved his didi with all his heart and that he just wanted to protect him even when it didn't seem like it, so I can't really hate him. We continue novel four still in the web novel version of book three and we continue where we left off which is getting into the Black Water Demon arc.I just love how close they are getting but my favorite thing is how we get Xie Lian confessing that he has feelings for Hua Cheng to himself.

I do find it quite interesting how he turned around and did something similar to what was done to him. Shi Qingxuan’s only fault was ignorance so you can also sympathize with He Xuan on why he would still also want revenge on him.Shi Qingxuan truly grew on me since the moment he appeared on the scene and especially when declaring Xie Lian his friend despite just meeting him. Shi Wudu switched his brother's fate (doomed by the Reverend of Empty Words to end in disaster) with a man who was destined to ascend to the heavens, and it came back to bite them both big time. The person who’s fate was stolen from him eventually passed a gruesome death after suffering an ill fated life losing all his family.
