About this deal

To work in a setting which would support a visiting assessor to observe your skills in the workplace. During placement, learners will need support from a professional within the real work environment who will be required to complete professional development records. This qualification is suitable for those either working or volunteering in early years education and care. Learners will need to be working or have a suitable work placement in an early years care and education setting. You will also need to complete 350 placement hours, across three age ranges (birth to 1 year 11 months, 2 to 2 years 11 months, and 3 to 5 years).

My daughter needed this book to complete her Advance Level 3 diploma and she found it well written to understand for the qualification requirements. This includes those who already hold an EYE qualification, began studying an EYE from September 2014, or will achieve an EYE in the future. Most learners aged 19 and over, studying at Level 3 or Level 4, will qualify for these loans from the UK government. NCFE CACHE Alumni is a professional membership network for those who work in the care, health, and education industries, providing valuable resources and advice for your studies when working towards/with a NCFE CACHE qualification. This requirement has been moved to managers, who are "responsible for ensuring their staff have the right level of maths knowledge to deliver high-quality early years provision". If you need to study maths and English alongside this course, packages are available to study with OSC to allow you to study and achieve the required qualifications alongside this course.On-line English and maths assessments – to check the qualification level is appropriate and to ascertain any additional support needed. Learners must be in a position to become fully involved in all activities, particularly the observation of children. Learners aged 16-19 (and learners aged 19-24 with learning difficulties and/or disabilities) funded by the Education Funding Agency will not require GCSE English and maths grade A* - C prior to commencing their Early Years Educator qualification.
