When I started it was all about the weight, I wasn't concerned with health goals or anything, I just wanted to be skinny, but that has all changed!Now I did manage to pull off a loss last year, but the stress that went with it was NOT worth it in heindsight. I am really hoping to see 79.9 tomorrow which would mean a grand total of 50kgs, I am confident that these last weeks of being 100% on program are going to show up soon and give me the loss I am after. To get 79.9 would mean I need to lose 2kgs this week, so if it doesn't happen that's ok, but I'm quietly confident it will. Then the guilt and shame follows, usually followed by an outburst of anger when none of my clothes would fit properly, which was then followed by sitting and crying and feeling sorry for myself. I guess because i plan every single breaky, lunch and dinner of my week, i eat whats on there and think nothing else of it, unless i specifically eat somthing else.. .. its the little things i pop in my mout without thought.. i mentally note them at the time as being off plan, but do not write them down. Although a bit here and a bit there, on a rare occasion will do no harm .. but without measuring quanities or thinking more thoroughly about it, i have no idea how many syns extra i am having, uncounted per day. I did not realise that i did this. Often i have heard my consultant talking about people who 'forget' they ate somthing, or who graze without realising. Despite writing a food diary, every single day.. i have discovered i am one of these people.. and as i genuinly didnt realise i did this.. i don't know when i must have started, and thus when it really began to affect my weight losses.I was a great eater in front of people, I would eat good portion sizes, healthy food (mostly) but then I would continue with this secret eating. And the longer I’ve been home for COVID-19 quarantine, the worse it’s gotten. And…my waistline has gotten bigger, too. Because even my stretchy everyday wear leggings are starting to be a little uncomfortable! Week 48 /83.2kg / +1.0kg (evening meeting due to christmas, so I think this has some impact on my weight)
