Michelle shares the three P’s of business, and explains why the personal approach to business more often than not overlooked. I walked away from a business that made lots of money but, didn’t leave room for a more aligned way of working and being for me.

It was nearly impossible to book a meeting with her “mindset strategist”with whom I was allowed unlimited time and I was not offered any further help as said partner left a several weeks into my course. I can remember smiling at this wall every time we came for an appointment and having tears of gratitude for what was coming before it came. In the event of disruption to any services due to any holiday time, vacation time, maternity leave, paternity leave, bereavement leave, public/national holidays, Events outside Of My Control and any other leave of any kind I will provide you with as much notice as possible however you agree I can not be held liable. I was invited onto a discovery call June 2018 after I’d been interacting with Michelle and/or her team for a couple of months on social media. I was delighted because I saw her as a person of influence and everyone wants to be liked, right? And we are constantly told to surround ourselves with people you want to be more like... Not always the best move, in my case.

At the time of writing this, I have only had 1 intervention session which was so incredible and precise. The shifts I have experienced so far have been mindblowing! When we first spoke, I had a business idea, but that was all it was, just an idea. I didn’t have the confidence, self belief or knowledge to know where to start, I didn’t even know if it was a business possibility! I think so i think so. And certainly that’s a trap that I fell into to begin with. So when I’m coaching young entrepreneurs, the first thing I say to them, before we talk about any strategy or business idea is I taught them through the three P’s of projection, which is how I help people goal set. So that’s personal purpose and profit. So the most important thing is what do you actually want to create personally in every area of your life, because there’s no point in creating a business strategy that says you working 6070 hours a week if the thing you want the most is time and balance. So we get really clear on what you want personally, and then we look at what you purposeful are, you know, what are you here in the world to do is bigger than your wires in materialistic or what you want to create for yourself. It’s about what impact you want to have on the world. And then we look at profit and business strategy. Because my opinion those two things are the most important thing. You can have all the money in the world. But if you don’t have time, and you’re not happy, and you’re not living a purposeful life, and are you successful at all, Well lets find out as we bring onto the show to start joining up dots with the one and only Michelle Stonhill

I made money so easily that I didn’t reconsider or evaluate my strategies or working environment because it appeared to be working. She loves helping people change their lives, but not in a normal life coach type of way of “Lets get your head into the game and then life will be good”

My body showed no signs of ill health or struggle so I didn’t consider changing my diet or lifestyle too much.I am just coming to the end of my 12 month programme with Michelle and I would recommend it very highly indeed. You work through them at your own pace, with 1-1 calls with Michelle at specific points and regular group calls - some Question and answers and some with special guests to help in their level of expertise. Michelle and her incredible team were always available to help answer questions and give advice. The support which you get from the incredible ladies on the course, Michelle and her team, is at a level that i have never seen before. it is something that i was hugely grateful for. The past year in the accelerator, has been life changing. I became a #1 best selling author, known as an expert in my zone of genius, launched a profitable business model from my strengths, and learned how to make strategic decisions as a business owner. I have made the transition from corporate to entrepreneur, and am beyond grateful for the experience that I have had this past year. The growth I have seen while working with her has been incredible.
