Knot 8X was ringed at Altcar (Merseyside) on 22 September 2017 and sighted at Findhorn Bay (NJ0462) on 18 & 19 January 2018, after 4 months.Sanderling B03513 was ringed at Asenko village (GHANA) on 30 October 2008 and sighted at Lossiemouth east beach on 14 July 2013. Sandwich Tern DD92434 was ringed on Inner Farne, Farne Islands (Northumberland) on 17 July 2013 and sighted at Findhorn on 21 August 2013. Common Gull 2TVA (EY94185) was ringed at Tillypronie near Tarland (Aberdeenshire) on 28 June 2014 and sighted at Findhorn on 26 August 2014 after 59 days.

Sandwich Tern DE52625 (EZK) was ringed at the Ythan estuary (Aberdeenshire NK0025) on 13 June 2013 and sighted at Aveiro (PORTUGAL) on 18 April 2014 and again at the Ythan estuary on 19 June 2017 and again on Findhorn beach (NJ0364) on 25 August 2017, after 4 years 2 months. Knot PLU was ringed at Brenna, Porsanger (NORWAY) on 26 May 2013 and sighted at Findhorn Bay (NJ0462) on 18 January 2018, after 4 years 7 months.

Sandwich Tern white USF (DT36013) was ringed on Inner Farne (Farne Islands) on 2 July 2016 and sighted on Findhorn beach (NJ0364) on 15 August 2016, at De Slufter, Texel (NETHERLANDS) on 21 July 2018, at Rhyl (Wales) on 18 June 2020 and on Findhorn beach (NJ0364) on 5 August 2020, after 4 years 1 month. Sandwich Tern DD44586 (ETA) was ringed at the Ythan estuary (Aberdeenshire NK0025) on 9 September 2010 and sighted on Inner Farne (Northumberland) on 27 July 2013, at Coquet Island (Northumberland) on 2 May 2016 and again on Findhorn beach (NJ0364) on 27 August 2017, after 6 years 9 months.

Greenshank NR/YY was ringed in Chichester harbour (Sussex SU7504) on 8 September 2013 and seen in Sussex or Hampshire in each subsequent winter. It was last seen in Chichester harbour at 16:00 on 30 March 2017 and was then sighted in Findhorn Bay (NJ0461) at 15:05 on 31 March 2017, after 1 day.
