Fortunately the book was not damaged but in my opinion the envelope used wasn't fit for purpose and appeared to be the cheapest one they could get away with using. I can honestly say that without reading that book (9 times no less), I don't think that I would be here today relaxed in my own home with my children that I love so much. From an unbiased perspective, this is an incredibly important and useful book and should be read by all women starting from college age so that they can avoid relationships with abusive men.I was aware of some aspects due to a previous job but would definitely recommend all to read this book, not just for yourself but to recognise friends or family members who may be suffering.
