Utilising Blumlein Stereo Sound construction, this speaker provides a multi-directional experience that will immerse you in your music, indoors or out. In my opinion, the speaker sounds best when played at higher volumes and can fill a small/medium-sized room no problem. One tweeter fires forward, and the other fires through the back panel—they might be in a Blumlein stereo array, but both drivers end up sounding as if they are outputting the same audio. One particularly odd thing that’s missing from this device, but available on other Marshall Bluetooth speakers, is the presence of a smartphone app. There’s quite impressive bass extension, and low frequency sounds are nicely textured and reasonably well detailed.
