After the youngster has colored Harry Potter, he should be cut out and glued to the front cover of a homemade card. This easy craft is a perfect classroom activity and begins by having each child make a homemade envelope using any simple template. Of course, we’ve also enjoyed eating chocolate frogs and jellybeans inspired by Honeydukes sweetshop and the food trolley on the Hogwarts Express – the jellybeans are really not for the fainthearted! We are also hoping to visit the Harry Potter Studios very soon for a set tour. Then, similar to pinning the tail on the donkey, the youngsters should blindfold each other and take turns trying to get a straight pin into one of the characters and collect the points! 8. Hogwarts Acceptance Letter Hermione Granger is Ron’s younger sister – Harry Potter’s closest friend. She was a beautiful girl with long hair neatly tied into a bun. She wears the witch school uniform. This unique character will later become Harry Potter’s faithful life partner. Children can choose the typical colors of Hogwarts uniforms, such as brown, red, and yellow, to color their pictures. Hermione usually has red-brown hair; kids can use other colors to create a new look for her character. Let’s use children’s creativity to create coloring ideas to portray her beauty and charm!

There’s also Hermione Granger and Albus Dumbledore as well as the Sorting Hat, the golden snitch and other magical creatures- and of course the main character! When the characters are colored and cut out, they can be glued to the ties decal-style and sealed in glassine. The children now have big, ornate Harry Potter bookmarks! 7. Harry Potter Blindfold Game We will guide kids and adults to draw Harry Potter characters most simply and beautifully. Harry Potter appeared wearing the Hogwarts uniform, indispensable books, and his wand. Children can color according to our instructions or be more creative with the character. The video How To Draw Harry Potter shows you more details about drawing and coloring. Personally one of my favorite characters is Draco Malfoy and the Malfoy family, just because of how well they are written and the character development- but that’s a controversial opinion in this house! Since youngsters love the broad range of characters in the Harry Potter series, have them work together to create a scene from one of the books or movies.

The faces can be embellished with wiggle eyes, yarn, glitter, and Harry’s famous glasses can be made with pipe cleaners. This is probably the most typical painting of Harry Potter, created from the image on the poster and advertisement for the movie. The wizard boy is thoughtful and kind. He has a bright face, wears round glasses, and wears the Hogwarts uniform. And, of course, the witch will not be without a magic wand. This painting shows Harry Potter using his magic wand to cast spells. Let’s color and portray his determined spirit! Give the youngsters small styrofoam balls and some yellow tissue paper, which can be shredded and glued to the balls to make them “glow.” Have the youngsters color and cut out ties from construction paper or poster board and write the initials of their favorite Harry Potter character at the bottom. The children can glue the body cutouts around the shakers using an ordinary salt and pepper shaker from any discount store. When tied together with brown yarn, your youngster has a homemade “Book of Secrets.” 4. The Owls of Harry Potter Voldemort is the main character of the movie. However, we may hear this character’s name a lot but have little chance to see this character appear in the film. He is Harry Potter’s enemy and someone who must be destroyed to protect the world. This painting depicts the confrontation between the two characters, Harry Potter and Voldemort. Please choose and use unique colors to portray the contrast between the good and evil of these two characters. Kids will love Harry Potter more than the evil Voldemort. We hope to admire the baby’s unique picture. If you don’t need done-for-you, no-prep activities, some free ideas for Harry Potter themed extension activities for older kids include: make a Harry Potter word scramble; research J. K. Rowling, make Harry Potter trivia games and create themed paper crafts or old parchment style paper to write on. This innovative card can be preserved as artwork or given to someone instead of a store-bought card.
