IMO, Instant Crush smells so similar to the insane number of chypre fragrances with ROSE currently flooding the niche market. In my mind, the list is so lengthy I cannot even begin. However, Baccarat Rouge 540 by Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Queens & Monsters by Henry Rose, Noir de Noir by Tom Ford, Gold Rose Oud by Tiziana Terenzi, Une Rose Chypree by Andy Tauer and so many others come to mind. I am one of many who perceives BR540 rather discreetly. So one and one came together that I looked around for a good alternative. As a lover of the "Roses Vanilla (Eau de Parfum) | Mancera" I wanted to try Instant Crush first. If you spray this too close with a heavy spray it can easily become way too intense, it's a very artificial-smelling fragrance to my nose, reminds me a bit of some sort of cleaning product. It's however not a bad scent and is certainly more unique than many people give it cred for. I noticed if I sprayed from a bit further away it becomes a way easier scent to wear because it's less concentrated and spread out over a bigger area, but I could still see it giving some people a headache.

For the Hand & Body Lotion: Now you can have your favourite scent in a luxury cream that will look after your hands and body. A lush creamy hand and body lotion rich with vitamin E and nourishing coconut oil which makes your skin feel silky and soft. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Contains No Sulfates, No Parabens, No Phthalates & is Gluten Free. You will receive a 100ml pot which holds around 70g of fragrance dust, which will give between 30-40 hours of burning time.Huge veil of scent and insane radiance; definitely potential to fill the room. Durability of clothing felt infinite... on the skin minimum one day. Instant Crush is a very nice perfume and if I didn't own so many similar fragrances, it might be full bottle worthy. Mancera is usually not among my most coveted houses because I've experienced poor performance, longevity and silage with their fragrances. But Instant Crush seems to be an exception. For the Hand & Body Wash: How awesome is this? You can shower in your favourite scent before applying it to your body. There will no longer be a clash between the fragrance of your shower and the scent you apply. A luxurious lathering hand and body wash that is paraben free. Suitable for vegan and vegetarians and cruelty free.

I had actually fallen very much in love with the Extrait de Parfum of BR540, but in the end I decided to go for the Mancera and I am quite happy with it - not least because of the price difference. IC is already alone in the fragrance pyramid significantly more complex and can at least theoretically compete with Baccarat Rouge 540 Extrait de Parfum. The complexity is clearly perceptible and he also acts in sum clearly "more saturated" than BR540.With all of this said, I am still on my search for a unique, intriguing floral (likely violet-centric) fragrance. Opens with aldehydic citruses & spice with some ozonic notes (a nice touch), develops with rose, jasmine & patchouli, lands with vanilla, musk, woods, oakmoss. Longevity is forever and silage is perfect at low-moderate. IMO, this "can" be unisex but leans quite feminine. Diffuser Oil: A lot of our customers use our oils with home electric diffusers, but fiddling with the roller ball top can be an inconvenience so we are happy to bring to our range 15ml dropper bottles, simply add drops as per your requirements and enjoy the fragrance, less hassle, less mess. Fragrance appearance: I find the IC not quite as modern as the BR540. BR has a clear "freshness" which is present throughout, IC goes in a dominantly sweet direction, the freshness is only briefly present in the opening. So if BR is already too sweet, you won't be happier with IC. But IC goes through a development and becomes more and more similar to BR in the DD. IC has a huge shelf life and until you arrive in the DD, pass easily 3 hours or more... and the DD holds and holds. Basically though, both are very linear in their development. Ingredients: Aqua, Helianthus Annus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Polysorbate 20, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, Phenoxyethanol, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Carbomer, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Hydroxide, Parfum

If you like the original I bet you would like this a lot too, but it's not necessarily office-safe and I don't exactly know when this fragrance would be the most appropriate. You can classify IC as a standalone fragrance, yet it has strong similarities to BR540. An indication of this is also the release year 2019. Whether Mancera had intended a copy I do not know, but it speaks of the following: From then on, the fragrance only runs into a creamier and slightly less sugary version. The drydown of the fragrance is absolutely divine! Creamy, woody, vanilla and still strongly projecting. Some write here that the fragrance is much more unisex than BR540. I personally cannot sign this. I don't think much of categorizing fragrances, but IMHO is definitely more feminine in its approach to Instant Crush.

So to summarize: I think I will wear it from time to time, but it's not a signature scent for me and maybe not my type of fragrance. Mancera has also recognized the price segment of BR540 and has a much better price-performance ratio an
