I decided to give this a go as I wanted something I could use regularly to get rid of flaky skin on my nose and chin. Please feel free to look around, there's not much yet, but posts will be regularly uploaded once a week! I often find that my skin can look dull, but that wasn’t the case after using the DHC Deep Cleansing Oil. Our signature product Olive Virgin Oil, is made from 100% organic olives and filtered to remove pore-clogging sediment, making it the perfect, natural moisturizer. Literally just rub it on my face, close my eyes, gently doing circular motions on my eyelashes and rinse the oil off my face and it's all make up free!

I love using this oil cleanser as my initial cleanse as it does a fantastic job of melting away makeup, drawing out impurities and preparing my skin for the next step. However for those of you with dry/dehydrated skin and who are solely using Foam or other drying cleaners, you may want to incorporate this into your routine. The olive oil we use in our products is from an organic farm in Spain; it is refined and purified in our labs in Japan. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of our product images and information, some manufacturing changes to packaging and/or ingredients may be updated by the manufacturer without prior notice. The color and natural scent of the cleansing oil may vary depending on the time of the olive harvest, but this will not affect the quality of the product.I have used other cleansing oils and balms and still enjoying using and testing other products too but nothing so far compares to the quality of the DHC Deep Cleansing Oil.

The 100% organic olive-oil based formulation works on the scientific premise that “like attracts like. One of the things I really like about the packaging of the DHC Deep Cleansing Oil, is that it comes with a wedge to stop the pump from being pushed down accidentally. No need for tugging away at your skin, especially around the eyes and lips, gentle rubs do the trick. You essentially massage this into your skin for a minimum of 5 minutes very gently and you'll begin to feel small bits on your skin. Although Deep Cleansing Oil is incredibly moisturizing and conditioning, it's not meant to be used as a moisturizer.

The texture is really nice and leaves my skin feeling super clean afterwards, without drying out my skin. makeup literally just melts off, might have to go in a second time if you have lots of mascara, but that’s no biggie! Cleansers can’t be relied upon to have any sort of effect as it’s only on the skin for about 60 seconds before it’s washed off.

Effortlessly removes makeup, remove sunscreen and melts away excess sebum, waterproof mascara and lip color, rinsing off easily in warm water without clogging pores. I got it because I have sebaceous filaments on my nose, and saw on tiktok you can use this for oil gritting to get them off. DHC deep cleansing oil makeup remover completely dissolves all traces of dirt and cosmetics—even waterproof mascara and eyeliner—while nourishing your complexion with antioxidant-rich olive oil. Just like with most of Biotherm’s products, the fragrance is very pleasant, but it’s definitely there.

Ik heb nog nooit een olie geprobeerd eigenlijk, maar ben benieuwd naar de van Lush en Clinique, daar heb ik veel goeds over gehoord. Ended up trying this sample as skin was really irritated from wearing a lot of makeup these past few weeks, and instantly fell in love. The only thing I’d say that I dislike is the scent of the product, it has an unusual scent but it isn’t offensive and definitely wouldn’t put me off using the product and as I now use the oil every day I have got used to how it smells. Rich in antioxidants, it combats environmental damage while Vitamin E protects against free radicals.
