We wanted a reel suited to car cleaning, so we tried them with the supplied nozzles and with a Nilfisk pressure washer. There’s nothing more annoying than cheap, low quality connectors leaking everywhere as soon as you turn the water on. I have to say, I often find Hozelock products a bit hit and miss, or at least a little over rated, but this automatic garden hose reel impressed me. Also I only received 3 bolts not the 4 that where supposed to be used, I opted for more suitable wall anchors anyway but if there was supposed to be 4 there should be. Another niggle although only minor is the supplied fittings, the wall anchors are massive so be careful drilling 12mm holes into your wall because if you do it near to the edge you’re likely to crack the brick which come winter could burst with frost.
