The story plot itself continues after agreeing to a deal of being in a fake relationship for the sake of his career and hers as well. New York Times Bestselling author Tessa Bailey can solve all problems except for her own, so she focuses those efforts on stubborn, fictional blue collar men and loyal, lovable heroines. yeah, she is a bit naive, but she grows and it mostly her own person with strengths and insecurities. The sexual relationship between Travis and Georgie is sizzling, but the emotional journey from fake relationship to true love is just as compelling.

It was great that despite all the crap going on we could see this group of women come together and work out what they needed from each other. But in all seriousness, if you have not read a book by Tessa then I HIGHLY recommend that you start as soon as you can. The only thing I could appreciate about this was Georgie and Rosie's characterisation, otherwise, it was an absolute hellish experience. If you believe this is an insignificant thing to criticise a book for, imagine being in agony for hours and withstanding it because people dismiss your pain. Travis and Georgie I think were my biggest issue with Fix Her Up, I couldn’t understand the attraction and I kept hoping it would grow as the book carried on but it didn’t.

Because flushed and looking up at him with her bright green eyes, Georgette Castle was the most beautiful thing on the planet. In the second, Macy is working as a doctor and engaged to a single father, and she hasn’t spoken to Elliot since their breakup. Seeing his future implode before his eyes, he has no immediate plans apart from drinking himself into a coma. I'm going to be doing a video that goes into way more detail because I have a whole list, but from "baby girl" to things be described as male for no reason? the idea of the story isnt super original - ive read countless variations of this story across multiple romance novels - but thats why i liked it.When they both realise they have questionable reputations, they decide to enter a fake relationship to achieve their lifetime goals. The first scene we're given feels like it should have been further into the book, not the introduction.

I can accept the part where he thinks of Georgie as the girl who actually saved him from being a complete mess all the time. Y'all were really thirsting over a man who referred to a girl as his "little sister" during sexual acts.BUT when that seems to be the only part of the story that’s managing to hold my interest, it’s time to cut and run.
