Our Stop, her debut novel, was a huge success last year and I suspect that The Love Square will follow suit. Anand wrote the script in late 2010, as a dark film initially, with Vikramaditya Motwane, stating that the script is too dark, and it need to make the character likeable. There were many side characters that appeared in this novel and even though I’m not so sure if he’s a main or a side character, I Iiked Francesco the most.

And so, I feel like love square really shouldn't have been the main selling point of this story, because there were other themes that could've been explored more.The story follows Penny Bridge, a café owner in London who temporarily moves to Derbyshire to run her uncle’s pub in Derbyshire. I'm not usually one for love triangles, let alone a love square so I didn't have my hopes up too high. Obviously the title explains it all that at some point Penny finds herself with not only one but three suitors. Rohit Vats of Hindustan Times gave 3 out of 5 and stated "Love Per Square Foot doesn’t delve deep into matters of the heart, but it’s a feel good film for sure.

I liked that this book offers some very different storylines to that which we often see in books of this genre.She’s appreciative of her family and friends, of the world she has created for herself, her business and her reputation.
