The palette has predominately cool-toned shades, but I still think it would be suitable for a multitude of skin tones. If you do plan on putting on a lot (like me, because I can never get enough highlighter), I would recommend that you put it on with your finger or spritz some kind of makeup mist/setting spray to blend it more into the skin, since the formula is a bit dry.
