it didn't suprise me that this was another lovely, beautiful book, full of inspiration, straight talking experience, and pure care for the reader.

If you haven't read this book or Fearne's others (Happy, Calm and Quiet) these are a MUST, even if you're a sceptic. Familar to millions, Fearne Cotton's voice is her career, her livelihood and her communication to everyone - whether it's through the television, radio or her 'Happy Place' podcast.

There were long sections about BLM, transgender rights, the environment etc that are worthwhile talking points but don’t really fit with what I thought the book was aimed at. If you have a Google Chromecast connected to your TV, this can also be used to stream the event (so long as it's second generation or newer).

As a book designer, I have been pleased to learn that people have been reading more books, which has been great for the publishing industry. Cotton is no ultimate yogi, but her book is like chatting to a friend about how truth comes up in our everyday lives and considers how we sometimes feel unable to be wholly honest.

I have a hard time speaking up so not to offend others and this has really given me the confidence to do otherwise. I did not necessarily mind that as I want to be open and tolerant to reading different styles of writing.
