If your FireAngel carbon monoxide alarm is new and the test button is not working, try removing the isolation pin. Once removed, wait for at least 1 minute for alarm to initiate. Why does my FireAngel CO alarm not sound when I press the test button? With the alarm memory function, the red LED will flash to provide a visual indication of a previous CO alarm activation. Your alarm should be placed 1-3 metres away from any fuel burning appliance in your home, in living rooms or bedrooms.
